Cayuga Mission Church

Information & Directions

Services are held from 8:30am ’till about 9:30am each Sunday.

On October 30, 1999, three very generous individuals donated their time and money to provide central heat and air for the church. This combined act of generosity and the ongoing work of the church leaders and owner, has enabled the church to be open is up every Sunday in the year, and any other day when needed for our Cayuga women’s prayer group, Bible studies, and other special events!

On Sunday morning at 8:30am, you will hear the ancient bell that hangs in the steeple ringing loudly. It is quite a sobering feeling to hear the rich tone of the huge bell that was forged in Belgium over 100 years ago.

Services are “come as you are”, featuring various area ministers and lay speakers each Sunday. It is a special treat on Sunday morning to come to the majestic old church, high upon a hill overlooking Grand Lake. Mathis Splitlog is buried at the old cemetery adjacent to the church.  Most Sunday mornings, cookies, coffee, and other treats are available before services. On many summer Sundays, you may find a basket of vegetables, too!
